Whether you are a beginner just starting out on the couch to 5k training plan or an experienced athlete, there is nothing worse than the frustration of having to put your plans aside and take a break due to injury.

In order to get back to training as soon as possible it is important to rest and seek medical attention immediately to get a clear diagnosis of your pain. Continuing to train with an injury can cause further pain and limitation and in some cases even permanent damage.
