Lisa is an experienced and certified ICF coach with additional training in wellness coaching, specialising in helping individuals overcome stress, overwhelm, and emotional roadblocks. As a SOMA Breath instructor and an Empowered

Consciousness Breathwork Facilitator, she combines powerful breathwork techniques with holistic coaching to guide my clients towards deep emotional healing and personal transformation.

 

With years of experience in health and wellness, she is passionate about empowering people to reclaim their balance and inner peace. Her approach is rooted in the belief that true well-being comes from within, and is dedicated to helping you harness the power of breath to release negative emotions, increase self-awareness, and build lasting resilience.
