How to begin -Try Before You Commit: Start with a no-obligation 20 minute taster, available both in person and online. It’s a chance to connect, assess, and explore how a personalised practice can work for you. This gives us the opportunity to understand your goals, assess your needs, and explore what an individualised plan might look like.

Block Booking: 5 Sessions (Use Within 7 Weeks) Once you're ready to dive deeper, you can book a flexible block of 5 sessions. These can be a combination of in-person and online to best fit your lifestyle. Block booking supports real progress, delivering momentum, adaptation, and accountability, all integrated with your life.

(Please note: the block must be completed within 7 weeks of the first session.)

This structure offers:

Personalised progression—building on the insights and momentum from the taster session

Flexibility—mix in-person and virtual sessions as needed to suit your schedule
