What is health coaching…?
A Health Coach works with you on your health goals to make small sustainable changes to your life that make a long term impact on your health.
For optimal results it is best to work together over a number of weeks to provide structure, expertise, encouragement and accountability in a safe, non-judgemental environment as you work through a collaborative programme designed to address your individual health requirements.

About Our Therapist:
Caroline is a qualified Health Coach from the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Caroline previously worked in a busy corporate role travelling all around the world. She retrained as a Health Coach after the birth of her children and the loss of her parents. After supporting her parents through stage 4 cancers and her own health issues she has personal experience of just how powerful health coaching can be.
Health Coaching Plan
Studies have shown that changes take 12 weeks to become habit, so it is preferable to work with clients for at least this time period to see optimal results, however you can book in for a stand-alone consultation with an option to upgrade to the 6 or 12 weeks programme.
Health Coaching Pillars
In the 12 week programme we work through the following health pillars, in a 6 week programme we will identify a few key pillars to work on.
Goals – what are your health goals, why? What have you done about these prior to this, what worked, what didn’t, why?
Nutrition – We address your current food habits and experience of any diet programmes, what has worked and what hasn’t. We look at what is missing form your diet that maybe affecting your energy levels or your overall health.
What makes a balanced plate of food that is both nourishing and satisfying to eat. In this pillar we also cover gut health as this has a huge impact on our overall health and wellbeing.
Movement – What movement is part of your day/week. Is this meeting for your health requirements, what adjustments need to be made to optimise good health and energy.
Sleep – Do you get good, restorative sleep every night. Do you wake up energised and keen to start the day, if not we will look at your habits and see what changes could support a good night sleep.
Stress – We identify areas of stress in your life and look at how we can build a toolkit to manage this.
Hormones – Do these need support or balancing?
Fulfilment – We investigate the following questions: Do you have a good work/life balance? Do you have hobbies? Do you make time for yourself and your loved ones. Are you happy and fulfilled?
